Window Cleaning in North London
Clear, streak-free windows — frames and sills included. One-off cleans or a regular round for homes, flats, shops and offices.
We clean windows with a water-fed pole system that uses purified water, so glass dries spot-free without chemicals, and we can reach upper floors safely from the ground. Frames and sills are cleaned at the same time, so the whole window looks finished, not just the glass.
What's included
- Glass, frames and sills cleaned on every visit
- Purified water — no streaks, no chemical residue
- Upper-floor windows reached safely from the ground
- Conservatory glass on request
- Regular rounds every 4, 6 or 8 weeks, or one-off cleans
- Homes, flats, shopfronts, offices and residential blocks
Regular rounds
Most customers choose a clean every 4 to 8 weeks. You don't need to be home — we'll let you know the day before and send a message when it's done. A one-off clean is also ideal before selling, after building work, or at the end of a tenancy.
Window Cleaning: common questions
How much does window cleaning cost?
Prices depend on the number of windows, floors and access. Tell us your postcode and property type and we'll quote a fixed price per clean.
Do you clean the inside of windows?
Our regular service is outside only. Inside cleaning can be added for one-off cleans — just ask when you get a quote.
Does it work in the rain?
Light rain doesn't affect the result, because purified water leaves no marks as it dries. We'll rearrange in heavy weather.
Do you clean flats and commercial buildings?
Yes — flats, blocks, shopfronts and offices. For larger buildings we can set up a regular schedule.
